i have some files of animations i made and i would upload them to newgrounds for everyone to enjoy but i dont know how to make them into flash can you plz help me.

You've gotta convert them into .swf files. Google "(whatever file extension your stuff is) to .swf converter" and see what pops up. If it can't be converted into .swf format, you're pretty much shit outta luck.
